    Step into the heat and unlock your power.

    Vault Flow is an energized, strength driven vinyasa experience designed to challenge your body, sharpen your focus, and leave you drenched in accomplishment. Set in 100–105° infrared heat, this 60 minute class combines powerful sequencing, intentional breathwork, core activation, balance, and endurance building movement.

  • VAULT SCULPT

    Flow first. Then we turn up the intensity.

    Vault Sculpt is a full-body workout designed to combine the grounding power of yoga, the intensity of cardio, and the strength-building benefits of resistance training. All in one energizing 60-minute class. Set in 85–95° infrared heat, class begins with a dynamic yoga flow to warm the body, build mobility, activate the core, and connect breath with movement.

    Once the body is primed, we shift into sculpt focused strength and cardio intervals using weights and high energy movement to challenge endurance, tone muscle, and elevate the heart rate.

  • VAULT BARRE"ISH"

    Quick class. Deep burn. Serious sculpt.

    Express Barre is a fast-paced 45-minute workout designed to tone, strengthen, and lengthen the body through controlled barre and Pilates-inspired movement. Set in 95° infrared heat, this class focuses on targeted muscle work, core activation, endurance, and low impact sculpting that delivers a full-body burn in less time.

    Expect small, intentional movements, pulses, holds, and high repetition sequences that challenge the legs, glutes, arms, and core from start to finish.

  • TONE & BURN

    Lengthen, sculpt, and feel the burn.

    Tone & Burn is a low-impact, high intensity full body workout designed to strengthen, tone, and energize your body through controlled movement and deep muscular activation. Set in 95° infrared heat, this 60-minute class blends barre inspired training, Pilates based movements, core work, and endurance focused sequencing for a powerful sculpting experience.

    Expect small, intentional movements that create a serious burn while improving posture, balance, flexibility, and total body strength.

  • VAULT RESTORE

    Slow down. Release deeply. Reset fully.

    Restore is a calming, recovery-focused class designed to help the body unwind through deep stretching, long holds, breathwork, and intentional relaxation. Set in gentle 85° infrared heat, this 60-minute experience allows the muscles to soften, the nervous system to settle, and the body to fully restore from the inside out.

    This class focuses on mobility, flexibility, stress relief, and deep muscular release using supported postures and mindful movement at a slower pace.

  • VAULT STRENGTH

    Strength meets sweat.

    Vault Strength is a powerful fusion of heated vinyasa flow and strength training designed to build endurance, increase muscle tone, and push your limits from start to finish. Set in 100–105° infrared heat, this 60-minute class begins with an energizing power flow to elevate the heart rate, activate the core, and prepare the body for deeper work.

    The second half shifts into focused strength training using weights and resistance-based movements to challenge the upper body, lower body, and core.

  • VAULT EXPRESS BARRE"ISH"

Set in 95° infrared heat, this 45-minute class focuses on targeted toning exercises using bodyweight, resistance, and Pilates inspired movement to create deep muscular activation from start to finish.

    Expect nonstop core engagement, lower body burn, upper body sculpting, and endurance focused sequences that leave every muscle shaking.
